中国科学院城市环境研究所是目前国际唯一的专门从事城市环境综合研究的国立研究机构,位于美丽的南方海滨城市——厦门市。研究所目前拥有“环境科学与工程”和“生态学”专业一级学科博士、硕士学位授予点,以及“环境科学与工程”和“生态学”2个博士后科研流动站。
因科研需要,城市生态过程与调控研究组(研究组长崔胜辉)计划招聘特别研究助理或博士后1~2名。
一、应聘要求
1.获得生态学、环境科学、地理学等相关专业博士学位,在国际知名学术期刊以第一作者发表过2篇以上SCI论文;
2.接受过系统的科研训练,能够独立承担科研任务,具有较强的中英文听说与写作能力,掌握研究方向的国际最新进展;
3.身体健康、热爱科研、事业心强、踏实勤奋,具有较大发展潜力、较好的创新研究成果、良好的团队协作精神;
4.恪守科研道德和学术规范,学风正派、爱岗敬业、诚实守信。

三、岗位职责
1.开展独立和协作研究,在研究组数据库基础上完成工作并投稿到主流学术期刊;
2.参与申报和完成国家自然科学基金等各类科研项目;
3.参与研究组管理、指导研究生。
四、薪酬待遇
1.工资及福利待遇按中国科学院岗位管理和国家规定执行,纳入特别研究助理岗位管理的在站全职博士后,待遇参照研究所《博士后工作管理办法》,其中精英博士后年薪不低于24万元。
2.当年入职的博士后可申请当年度“中国科学院特别研究助理资助项目”,项目获得者可获中国科学院60万元资助。
3.获博新计划等项目者可叠加享受相关项目津贴。
4.博士后出站留厦人员或世界最新排名前200名大学博士后留厦工作,可额外申请厦门市30万元安家补贴;积极协助申请享受地方人才政策,符合条件且成功入选人才,获得各类补贴最多可达180万元。
5.提供周转住房或提供租房补贴,协助子女入学入托等。

六、研究组长简介
崔胜辉,中国科学院城市环境研究所二级研究员,福建省科技创新领军人才,福建省省级高层次A类人才,厦门市城市代谢重点实验室主任,长期在城市生态过程与调控领域开展研究。先后在PNAS,Nature Food等重要期刊上发表论文200多篇,论文总被引近万次,单篇被引用最高648次。承担国家重点研发计划项目、国家基金重点项目以及中科院重点部署项目及课题等40多项。担任中国环境科学学会环境地学分会副秘书长以及多个国际学术期刊的编委。
